Sean Casto

Co-Founder, CEO

Through viewing the frustration in mobile first hand, Sean identified the problems were based upon early stage traction and exposure. Sean discovered this underserved pre-release niche of the mobile market through his business experience in the industry, both as an employee and as an app and web developer himself. Sean has built out a powerful team of mobile experts from Apple, Microsoft, Blackberry, and Admob/ acq Google to provide direct insight on creating the PreApps solution to change the way mobile app developers gain early stage traction and discoverability in the marketplace. Sean loves mobile and has focused his entrepreneurial genius and passion towards the app industry to successfully lead and inspire the PreApps Team.

Kim Roz

Co-founder, VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

Kim brings extensive experience in sales, multi-level partnerships, marketing operations management, profit and loss, financial analysis and reporting to the PreApps organization. Armed with excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills, she significantly enhances growth, profits, and return on investment. She is a strategic leader, skilled at building key partnerships with diverse clients as well as maximizing sales opportunities and presenting a professional image. Kim is known for her strong negotiation skills necessary in generating significant increase in revenue and bringing bottom-line success.

Jacqueline De La Rosa

Director of Marketing

Jackie brings a multi-dimensional and strategic perspective on business and legal-related matters, and has amassed experience in corporate marketing, transactional law, financial analysis and valuation. Prior to PreApps, Jackie worked for Microsoft, L'Oreal USA and HiConversion in various marketing roles, focusing on internet and e-commerce related strategies. At Microsoft, Jackie was responsible for the Florida market roll-out of Windows 7 and Halo. While attending law school at Boston College, she found her passion for venture capital and entrepreneurial finance with a super angel firm g51 Capital in Austin, Texas. At g51, she sources local companies and evaluates seed stage technology and internet companies. Jackie holds a BS in Marketing from University of Florida with honors, and is finishing her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School this December. She is a strategic leader, bringing her diverse skill set to PreApps while creating innovative marketing strategies.

Lynn Zhou

Press Relations

Lynn is a passionate PR and marketing practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Zhou specializes in media pitch and news angle analysis, content management, social media outreach, and viral marketing. She holds a masters degree from the University of Southern California, and prior to PreApps, she has worked with Huawei Technologies, Novaland Media & Productions.

Elise Melconian

Marketing Intern

Elise Melconian is a current undergraduate student at Boston College in the Carroll School of Management, where she is majoring in Finance and Marketing. She has knowledge in software systems such as Photoshop and Microsoft Excel, through her courses taken at BC and her time spent as an album designer and sales associate at Tri Color Imaging. Elise has proficiency in Spanish and is fluent in Armenian. She uses her communication skills in business development at PreApps to promote traffic to the website by contacting developers from various platforms. She also promotes PreApps value added services, such as Press Release inquiries and Icon Redevelopment.

Jenny Shen

Operation Intern

A second year grad student at Northeastern University. Majoring in Project Management and Organizational Leadership. Has a bachelor degree in Finance and Economics. She has knowledge in operating and capital lease analysis, market research, strategies planning, financial modeling.

Elizabeth O'Dowd

Marketing Intern

Elizabeth is a senior at Simmons College in Boston MA studying Communication Writing with concentrations in Copy Editing, Digital Culture and English. She is a contributing writer/ editor to The Simmons Voice Newspaper and has studied Digital Culture and trends in the up and coming digital world of communication. With the growth of the communications field, she has spread her knowledge through all aspects communication. With PreApps, Elizabeth uses social media to draw traffic to the site and creates content through blogs and keeping current with day to day trends in the mobile space.

Emily Goldspink

Marketing Intern

Emily is currently an undergraduate junior at Simmons college majoring in Public Relations and Marketing Communications, and minoring in Retail Management. She is the Public Relations Representative of Simmons’ Management Liaison, the Treasurer of Simmons’ PRSSA club, and a member of Simmons’ Active Minds program. Emily is also an active member of Network of Executive Women: New England Chapter, also known as NEW.

Chuck Goldman


Chuck brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise application development and mobility platforms. He founded Apperian in 2009, and has spent the past four years working with Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Bessemer Venture Partners, North Bridge Venture Partners, Intel Capital, Launch Capital and CommonAngels to build Apperian into the market leader in Mobile Application Management (MAM). As Apperian's founder and early CEO, Chuck raised over $28 million in venture capital and built a mobile ecosystem of developers, brands, retailers, enterprises and integrators. Prior to Apperian, Chuck was a Director at Apple. There, he helped launch the iPhone in 2007 and managed Apple’s iPhone Enterprise Beta Program. Chuck also served as Apple's project lead to bring Steve Job's vision of 1:1 computing in education to life by deploying the State of Maine's 1:1 Laptop Program. Prior to Apple, Chuck founded and sold two technology companies.

Eli Calderón-Morin


Eli has been an early member of some of the fastest growing, innovative, and disruptive mobile companies on the planet (AdMob/ acq Google, SnapTell/ acq Amazon, Mojiva, InMobi, OpenX). Through his experience he has focused on monetization, business development, product management, and startup growth globally and within the US by managing a variety of full stack demand & supply relationships which have included work with Brands, Agencies, Local & Performance Advertisers, digital media companies, mobile publishers, developer communities, and App Developers.

Bob Lentz

Advisor-Northeastern University Professor

Bob Lentz has extensive executive management and entrepreneurial experience in the technology industry having been involved in the growth and eventual sale of a number of successful technology ventures. Recently, Bob has been consulting to technology companies and recently was the interim CEO at Digital Reef. Prior to joining Digital Reef, he served as CEO and President of PermissionTV, an innovative online video platform company. Bob held the senior executive positions at OATSystems, Inc.; the recognized leader in radio-frequency identification (RFID) frameworks, now part of Checkpoint; and at eRoom Technology; a Web-based collaborative workspace that enables distributed teams to work together more efficiently; sold to Documentum Inc. and now part of EMC Corp.
